![]() ![]() This has been the first look at the RIM Blackberry Curve 3G for T-Mobile. The Blackberry Curve 3G is built as an entry-level smartphone as is available for $79.99 with a new 2-year service agreement with T-Mobile. Other features of the phone include Wi-Fi support for T-Mobile's 3G network, GPS, Bluetooth, and a 2-megapixel camera on the back. The Blackberry Curve 3G also has excessive Blackberry App World that lets you download your own apps. They have the usual messaging options here of course, the instant messaging and text and multimedia messaging. The user interface is fairly intuitive like previous Blackberry phones and you can use this with Blackberry Enterprise server as well as other corporate e-mail services like Outlook. However, RIM has said that is upgradable to OS 6. The Blackberry Curve 3G has Blackberry OS 5. The optical trackpad is slightly raised than its predecessor. ![]() Underneath that, you do get the Send key, the Menu key, as well as the optical trackpad, the Back key, as well as the End/Power key. Good connectivity of this device includes Bluetooth 2.1 + A2DP, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n (2.4Ghz), but it lacks NFC connection. On the front, shows a nice 2.4-inch color display. With one SIM card slot, the BlackBerry Curve 3G 9300 allows download up to 3.6 Mbps for internet browsing, but it also depends on the carrier. This is only the 3G version of the same phone.
